The ProcessThe Qualifications Advisory Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month. Applications received by the Friday of the preceding week will be assessed at the meeting. Recommendations are made and data sent to the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. Applicants will be notified when this is completed. The Children's Services Branch of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development will notify those applicants applying for recognition as qualified children's services workers (i.e. qualified staff member under Regulation 25 of the Children's Services Regulations 2009). The Qualifications Advisory Committee will notify Early Childhood teaching applicants of the outcome. |
