REVIEW PROCESS

A review procedure is available to applicants who disagree with the Committee’s decision. Applicants must write to the Committee requesting a review and providing additional, new information in support of their claim.

APPEAL PROCESS

An appeal procedure is available to applicants disputing the recommendation of the ECA Qualifications Advisory Committee. The Appeals Panel is convened by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development

Applicants must write to the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development setting out the grounds for their appeal. The decision of the Appeals Panel is final.
