How to Apply

Complete all details as stated in the application form.  Print in BLOCK letters.

Use black ink or pen.

When sending the application enclose the following:

• The completed application form.

• A cheque or money order for A$75.00, payable to: - Early Childhood Australia, Victorian Branch.

• Qualifications - certified photocopies of degrees, diplomas and certificates.  A pharmacist, police officer or Justice of the Peace may certify documents.  Include certified copies of original overseas qualification(s) and translations by an authorised service where applicable.

• Transcript of studies.

• Extracts of course handbooks if possible.

• Any assessments by Overseas Qualifications Agencies.

A person who is authorised to witness Statutory Declarations must verify all photocopies.  Any person making a Statutory Declaration solemnly declares that the contents are true and correct in the presence of a person who is authorised to witness the declaration.  It is then signed by both parties.

NOTE: If information is not complete, your application will be returned for completion.

Qualifications Advisory Committee Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of every month

Tuesday, 5th October 2010,  at 9.30 a.m.

Tuesday, 9th November 2010, at 9.30 a.m.

Tuesday, 7th December 2010, at 9.30 a.m.

OSHC Qualifications Advisory Committee Meetings will be held the 4th Tuesday of the month

Meeting dates for 2010 are as follows

Tuesday, 21st September, at 2.00 p.m.

Tuesday, 26th October, at 9.30 a.m.

Tuesday, 23rd November, at 9.30 a.m.
